Forrest Carlton Stevenson, 50, of Spotsylvania County died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2001, at Mary Washington Hospital, after a long illness.

Mr. Stevenson, a Fredericksburg native, was the owner and operator of F.C. Stevenson Excavating. He was a member of Germanna Baptist Church.

Among his survivors were his wife, Theresa Lynn Stevenson and one daughter.
