Frances Pritchett "Becky" Rice, 50, of Spotsylvania County died Wednesday, July 9, 2003, at Mary Washington Hospital. Mrs. Rice was a 1970 graduate of Spotsylvania High School and was a member of Goshen Baptist Church.
Among her survivors were her husband and high school sweetheart, Robert Lee Rice, three daughters, and one granddaughter.

I have many fond memories of Becky. We attended elementary school and Goshen Baptist Church together as girls and grew up together attending many activities at the church and in the community. We continued to be friends in high school and she started dating Bobby about the same time I started dating Bill . During this period we had some great times on trips to the Outer Banks. We grew apart after we married and started our families , but I will always have wonderful memories of our times together. She was a very sweet and lovely friend.
