Ralph William (Billy) Machotka, Jr, passed away peacefully in his home in South Carolina on December 21, 2021.  Billy was born in Atlanta, Georgia, to Ralph and Betty Machotka, on October 30, 1951.  Billy had a passion for art and music, and did work as a professional sign painter.   He is survived by his daughter, Misty, grandsons William and Anderson Machotka, one brother, Frank, three sisters, Angel, Cathi and Mia, and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents and  brothers James and Donald Hayden.
