Brenda Faye Chewning Pritt, 53, of Spotsylvania County passed away Thursday, Jan. 12, 2006, at Mary Washington Hospital.

She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church, where she was an assistant clerk, a Sunday school teacher for 20 years and secretary and treasurer of the Women's Missionary Union. She also was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Pritt.
