Barbara Ann Oliver Robbins, 65, died peacefully at her residence in Spotsylvania on July 19,2017. She served honorably in the USNavy in the 1970s. She worked primarily in the healthcare industry, most recently at Sentara Medical Center in Woodbridge, Virginia, retiring in April 2017. Among her survivors were five siblings, one daughter , and one son.
