William Wayne Bell, 49, of Spotsylvania County died Wednesday, January 13, 1999, at Mary Washington Hospital after a short illness.  Mr. Bell was enrolled as  full time student at Mary Washington College and attended Tabernacle United Methodist Church. He was an avid gardener and a Civil War buff.  Among his survivors were his wife, Sandra, and one daughter.
